Structural and optical property studies on Fe doped CuO nanoparticles

چکیده

The Cupric oxide (CuO) nanostructures and Fe doped CuO nanomaterials are synthesized by microwave irradiation method. effect of doping on the crystal structure, band gap optical properties samples were characterized using x-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectrometer, photoluminescence spectrometer Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. X-ray diffraction study confirms size particle in nanometer. calculated from UV–Vis absorption spectrum, reveals change energy due to presence dopants. spectrum suggests that nanoparticles may be used optoelectronic devices. functional group analysis carried out spectroscopy confirmed substitution samples.
